Involving local stakeholders in the management planning process - creating a local area partnership Yes. The town hall is involved, through an agreement, in the reserve management contributing with funding, vigilance and maintenance of installations. Local fishermen are informed of the projects carried out within the reserve and help in the recollection of information. Hotels and tourist information centres send people to visit the several exhibitions that take place at the interpretation centre.
Promoting the Natura Network Initiative (NNi) at the local level This site makes use of the Eurosite Natura 2000 Green Days Toolkit to provide information on Natura 2000 to visitors.
Agreeing to become an NNi ambassador Guillem Mas Cornet (NEREO) guillem(a)nereo.org is an NNi Ambassador. NEREO has much experience in coastal management, and is keen to exchange management advice.
