The Forest
Settlement Plan of Rocchetta Tanaro NaP approved by Piedmont Region
is the tecnical instrument to operate on the forest. The forest estate
is made up of high trunk's oaks - Quercus Petraea,Quercus Cerris,Quercus
robur an Prunus avium(now Rocchetta Tanaro NaP is a National wood seed
Directive 1999/105/CE). A Naturalistic Plan is ready to be approved
by Piedmont Region.The Plan give the instructions to operate in the
naturalistic ,landscape and biodiversity emergengy.Ente Parchi astigiani,
the Management of Rocchetta Tanaro NaP Valsarmassa NaR and Valleandona,ValleBotto
e Valle Grande NaR, is starting with Environmental Education Center
inside the Rocchetta Tanaro NaP, beside the "Pacha Mama" Youth
Hostel for School. This School year (2006/2007) we have prepared 23
environmental education project for primary school. The "E E"
Center (We call it C.E.A. Centro di educazione ambientale) will coordinate
all the Events and all the Projets for the Asti Province. |

Three events
for the next, 2007 in March (from 19 to 23 march 2007, German Secondary
school, from Biberach, will be here, visitors of Secondary school ,
Liceo scientifico of Asti.Objective our free Ogm Products and special
Doc Wine production. Of course the two secondary schools will visit
our protected Areas. One time again german, italian, Europe and Natura
2000's flags will wave in the wind. |

Natura 2000 at the local level |
Naturally
we take action to promote Natura 2000. 21 March 2007 at 09.30 a.m. for
"Springtime Fest"we shall prepare in a City green Area of
Asti, together with Municipal administration a special event with naturalistic
educational games for all Primary School. We expose 8 Natura 2000 flags.18
May 2007 at 09.00 p.m. "Euro Nocturnal walking" in the Verdeterra
Programme together with Asti Municipal administration: a quiet walk
from historical center of Rocchetta Tanaro Village crossing hills, valley
and oak's woods for about 6km. as far as Rocchetta Tanaro NaP without
light and noise pollution. Popular music and Folk songs.local products
and wine tastings. |
